CHICKSTOCK™ IS COMING!!!! Celebrating Women in Music at The Valley’s New Amphitheater, Sage Court, in Phoenix on March 27, 2010!

Chicks with Picks® is doing it again. We're presenting a day filled with music from the best local female singer/musicians and calling it CHICKSTOCK. We'll be holding true to last year's event at Tempe Beach Park that featured Michelle Branch.

Headlining this year's CHICKS WITH PICKS' event is Grammy nominated, Sophie B. Hawkins. Hawkins has had such hits as: As I Lay Me Down and Damn I Wish I Was Your Lover. (www.sophiebhawkins.com.)

Several of Chicks with Picks local solo female acoustic artists and full bands will round out the day. Sage Court is located at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, a beautiful lush property that seats 1,200 people and is conveniently located just North of the 101 & Tatum at 5350 East Marriott Drive in Phoenix, Arizona.

You can reserve a seat up front or simply bring a blanket or lawn chair to watch these talented ladies. Tickets available online at www.sageconcerts.com. VIP and Special packages also available with rooms at this beautiful resort. Doors open at 3pm. Event goes until 10pm. Great food and drinks on property.

As you may or may not know...Every Tuesday night we feature a different woman in music. AZ Chicks With Picks is fast becoming a hot new platform! Every week we have a different artist...different ages, different genres. Check out who will be there this week! Come support Live Music!

March 2, 2008...We are holding our outdoor AZ Chicks with Picks Muse-ic Festival, featuring all the chicks we've had thus far and some surprise guests!

We are rsvp'ing our friends...so make sure you let us know you are going to be there...You will be put into a drawing for free merchandise and we will put you on our VIP list.
