CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Contest will be held February 25th - March 27th, 2010.

Mystudio at Fashion Square Mall anytime starting Feb25th-March18th, 2010.

Prizes
One winner will be given $1000.00 cash prize and a 2 Song demo from Pyramix Studios at “Chick Stock” Presented by Chicks With Picks on 3/27/2010. (There will be 2nd and 3rd place prizes as well...details to come.)

Contest Information and Rules:
Open to all Genres and all Chicks ages 8-108.

Sound is provided at all locations.

You need to bring an instrument, band or karaoke cd/mp3 of your choice to accompany you for the contest. (Accompaniment can be a male or males)

For Bands:
The best place for a band set up is at Smokey’s Bar and Pranksters Too. Smokey’s will provide Back Line and Drums. Bring pedals, cymbals, and you will plug in direct. Pranksters Too...Drums may be provided please call 602-750-9145 the day of the contest to verify.

You will perform one to two songs. You should arrive 30 minutes or more before each locations scheduled time to start and registration for the contest.

There is a $10.00 registration fee for each CWP member and $20.00 for non-members per contestant.

Each contestant will receive one free MyStudio giftcard worth $20.00 just for participating.

In the event that we run out of time at a location we will give the remaining contestants a chance to perform first at the next location. If more time is needed, we will resort in a Lottery. Each contest location will have a minimum of 3 finalists. The finals will have a minimum of 3 contestants.

MyStudio.net - There will be one finalist at MyStudio (there is a $20.00 registration fee with video! Sorry no CWP membership discounts)

Each contestant at the finals will perform a minimum of 2 songs.

Judging will be on Professionalism, Orginality, Image, Skill, Audience Response & Overall Performance.
A minimum of 3 winners will be announced at each location, except Mystudio only one winner will advance to semi-finals.

IN CASE OF A TIE both will advance to semi-finals or finals.
